Calls and proposals
Intro calls booked through this site are free and carry no obligation. You can reschedule or cancel using the links in your confirmation email. Prices shown on the site are guide prices. A project only starts once we have both agreed a written proposal, and that proposal and agreement set out the scope, price and terms of the work.
Digital products
If you buy a digital product from us, such as a template or audit kit, the price, licence and delivery details are shown before you pay. If you’re a consumer, UK law gives you a 14-day right to cancel a digital purchase, but that right ends once the download or access begins with your agreement. This doesn’t affect your rights if the product is faulty or not as described.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses arising from use of, or inability to use, this website, including content on websites we link to, which we don’t control.
Governing law
